This verse has really shown through with wedding plan.  I can't believe all the small God moments that have been falling into place as Jason and I plan our wedding.  All the big things worked out months ago such as finding a reasonable caterer, getting a free honeymoon, finding a building and beautiful site for an outdoor wedding, a DJ that is going to be awesome, two photographers that is willing to caravan to our honeymoon site with us and get pics at the honeymoon as well as finding dresses and ties to match almost perfectly.  It just seems like everything started working out.  Sometimes I start getting into a routine of motions and forget to keep God the center of my wedding plans; however, here lately with so much going on at work and realizing how little I have been doing with wedding planning, I have been praying that God just work things out however he feels is right and more small things have come together.  Jason and I kept talking about starting on a backdrop for our wedding, but had to keep putting it off due to all the rain, and then we went to a wedding last night and the groom gave us two columns they used for their wedding for no cost other than us getting rid of them for them after we are finished with them.  Then we decided to head to Hobby Lobby to get an archway rented because I knew they were closed on Sundays.  We got there with like ten minutes to spare before they closed.  While looking at their rental archways, we noticed that the ones you could buy were on sale, therefore, were able to buy one for only $16! I couldn't believe it! If we would have been a few minutes later, we would not have made it in time to buy the archway on sale because the sale ended yesterday, and we made it right before closing! And that's not all God has helped fall into place.  Wednesday after leaving work, my mom asked me to stop by and look to see how much the flower hair pieces were for the girls.  I decided to stop by the store and check.  When I got in there, all wedding things were 50% off! I was able to buy some table covers, and buy the most perfect cake topper for almost nothing.  I was so excited because I have been searching online and been in and out of stores trying to find the perfect cake topper and nothing seemed to fit us.  Therefore when I saw this cake topper and realized how perfectly it fit into our unity part of the ceremony, plus being on sale, I couldn't help but buy it! And if that wasn't enough, I couldn't find the flower hair pieces, and for some reason, I walked back to the back of the store and stopped at the baby section (which I had no clue they had), and found an entire wall of flower hair pieces and found black gerber daisies that were perfect for the bridesmaids hair! I couldn't believe it! That was the moment I realized all of our wedding plans have been falling into place according to God's purpose! I had no intentions to walk to the back of the store that day, just like I didn't think we would be able to buy an archway instead of renting one for that cheap! As I was reading in  Colossians today, I read: "Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart."  I stopped and remembered all that God has done to help our wedding plans fall into place the way they have and just thanked him for all HE has done! God really is an awesome God! No one can say all this was just a coincidence! God truly did make everything work together for the good and according to his purpose for us! Remember when you have decisions to make, whether big or small, stop and ask for help, ask for an answer, ask that He will guide your every decision. I believe HE will because I have seen him work each and everything out according to his will! My prayer is that He will continue to work things out and help us to continue to keep Him number 1 in our relationship even after were married!
